The catering at Keperra Country Golf
Club is provided by Dalton
Hospitality.
Jerome Dalton's history is in fine
dining, working as a chef for the past 17 years in
Tasmania, Western Australia, London and Brisbane
including the Continetal Cafe, Simple Pleasures
Bistro and Grappino.
Dalton Hospitality has been exclusive
caterers to the Tivoli Theatre in Brisbane for 2
years and they have catererd for corporate
clients including Microsoft, Mitsubishi,
Origin Energy, Coca Cola, Mater Children's
Hospital and many more as well as exclusive
caterers for the Australian Men's basketball team
for the past 5 years.
They
have looked after the catering needs for
international acts such as Oasis, Nic Cave,
Silverchair, The Footy Show, Chasers War on
Everything, Master Chef, Missy Higgins, the
Prime Minister, Premier of Queensland and
the Minister for Environment all in
the last year alone.
We
pride ourselves in being an
approachable, owner operated business with an
emphasis on quality product and
service. Their other venue, The Tivoli was
named Brisbane's best events venue by the
courier mail in late "08".
The
company owner and chef, Jerome Dalton is a much
more awarded chef than he is a golfer and has been
a regular casual player at the Keperra Country
Golf Club for the last few years and is looking
forward to the challange of improving both the
catering and his game in the coming
year.
