{"id":10268,"date":"2022-03-17T05:41:31","date_gmt":"2022-03-17T05:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/?p=10268"},"modified":"2023-06-20T16:41:17","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T06:41:17","slug":"play-conditions-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/2022\/03\/play-conditions-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Play Conditions &#038; Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Club would like to acknowledge and thank the many volunteers who have assisted in getting the course to a position that we can now re-opening.\u00a0 Furthermore, the Club would also like to thank those members that couldn\u2019t attend the working bees but have offered financial assistance.\u00a0 The Club is pursing insurance as well as several grant programs &amp; with some good fortune these opportunities will go a long way to covering the significant costs involved with reinstatement.\u00a0 In the interim the best the support the club could ask is seeing members utilise the facilities &amp; various retail &amp; hospitality services available.\u00a0 A reminder, please refer to front page of Member homepage for timesheet release information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course &amp; Fixtures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While the course is reopening there remains a significant amount of reinstatement work, which will impact all playing opportunities over the coming weeks. Member only social play timesheets are now open for booking. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Current course conditions require competition formats to be modified as noted below. This requirement will be reviewed on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All competition will be played in a Fourball Stableford Medley format until further notice.<\/li>\n<li>There will be no handicapping for any competition play until further notice.<\/li>\n<li>The Old and West Courses will be played over 17 holes (8<sup>th<\/sup> hole out of play). For the purposes of the MiScore App, those playing these courses are to allocate the team 2 points, either player can be allocated this score.<\/li>\n<li><b>Regular timesheet releases (pre flood) have now been adopted and initiated.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every effort has been made to repair\/prepare the course to a level where general play is possible.\u00a0 Extensive safety &amp;
