{"id":14142,"date":"2024-03-07T10:24:03","date_gmt":"2024-03-07T00:24:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/?p=14142"},"modified":"2024-03-07T10:24:03","modified_gmt":"2024-03-07T00:24:03","slug":"ladies-corner-8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/2024\/03\/ladies-corner-8\/","title":{"rendered":"Ladies Corner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>February started with \u00a0our annual Opening Day morning tea.\u00a0 This year we had a guest speaker, Dr Ross Di Corleto, who provided an extremely informative and well received presentation on Managing Heat on the Golf Course&#8230;..and hasn&#8217;t that been timely!\u00a0 Virginia Irwin also described what Keperra&#8217;s signing of the Women in Golf Charter means for the club and its members.<\/p>\n<p>Our February weekday monthly medals were played on 13 February, when the course was particularly challenging, with a +3 difficulty factor.\u00a0 Congratulations goes out to a new member Zoe Powell who won the A Grade Medal with 64 nett, B Grade Medal Jill Garvey 72 nett, and C Grade Medal Sue Truckey with 31 points. Well done ladies.<\/p>\n<p>We are now well into the Captains 4BBB Stroke Matchplay event. Those progressing to the semi-finals are: *Kathy Madden &amp; Julie Watson vs Lyn Howarth &amp; Anne-Marie James *Jill Garvey &amp; Pat Connor vs Ruth Turnbull &amp; Zena Bell.
