The BDGA Gents Pennant 2nd round was completed over the weekend at Brisbane GC, with the home team proving too strong.\u00a0 With an overall Team score of Brisbane 14.5 – 6.5.\u00a0 Masters 2.5 \/ 2.5 – Junior 1 \/ 4 –\u00a0 Opens 3 \/ 8.\u00a0 The third round will be played on Sunday the 28th away at Royal Queensland GC, with play commencing at 7am.\u00a0 As always members support is always welcomed.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to the Team for getting their opening match in the books with a solid win over Indooroopilly Golf Club. \u00a0The opening game was played in ideal conditions, albeit fresh (Pictures below kindly provided by Member Glyn Thomas). \u00a0The Team will now head to Brisbane Golf Club on Sunday to take on the reigning Champions, which will be all the more challenging given it\u2019s at home for BGC. \u00a0As always the Players appreciate the support from the members who come and watch. \u00a0The matches on Sunday will kick off at 7am.<\/p>\n
