Base Architects has been appointed to lead the design, while Ripple Group is handling project management and quantity surveying services. This project marks a significant upgrade for our club, focusing on a comprehensive refurbishment of the lower level.<\/p>\n<div class=\"edit\">\n<p>Key elements of the plan include:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><b>Expanding the golf shop<\/b>\u00a0to enhance member services.<\/li>\n<li>Introducing a\u00a0<b>caf\u00e9-style facility<\/b>\u00a0and an\u00a0<b>outdoor alfresco area<\/b>\u00a0for a more relaxed, social atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li><b>Upgraded women&#8217;s and gent&#8217;s toilets and locker rooms<\/b>, offering improved convenience and comfort.<\/li>\n<li>An\u00a0<b>indoor golf simulator<\/b>\u00a0for coaching and club fitting, adding a modern training dimension to our offerings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The broader master plan also addresses critical external areas, with upgrades to\u00a0<b>car parking facilities<\/b>\u00a0and adding an\u00a0<b>extra putting green<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>This ambitious undertaking is essential to modernising our facilities and addressing aged components of the clubhouse. However, we recognise that a project of this scale, coupled with the building&#8217;s history, brings certain complexities.
