These enhancements aim to elevate the playing experience and improve the course\u2019s functionality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Current Works in Progress:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Pathway Installation<\/strong>: A new concrete path is under construction, beginning near the left-side fairway bunkers, extending around the back of the green, and connecting to the path adjacent to the 15th tee block. The path will also feature a stop area at the rear of the green, similar to the design on hole 11.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pathway Adjustments<\/strong>: The existing 14th hole pathway will become the preferred pathway for the 15th hole.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Re-turfing and Upgrades<\/strong>: Several areas around the green surround will be re-turfed to improve aesthetics and playability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drainage and Irrigation Enhancements<\/strong>: Additional drainage and irrigation will be installed to improve the green surrounds and ensure sustainable course quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Future Plans:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The path will be extended to the 14th tee block along the left side of the fairway.<\/li>\n<li>The fairway bunkering will be reviewed and likely adjusted to enhance the landing area for tee shots, optimising playability for all golfers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work on this phase will continue over the next two weeks.
