Starting <strong>Wednesday, 5<sup>th<\/sup> February 2025<\/strong>, all NTPs will be recorded exclusively via the app.<\/p>\n<p>This change brings several operational benefits, including improved efficiency, reduced risks, and a streamlined process for our competitions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why the Change?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Trial Success:<\/strong> Our trials demonstrated that using the MiScore App simplifies the process and enhances the overall competition experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No More Physical Markers:<\/strong> This eliminates the need for pin markers to be placed, collected, or maintained, reducing the risks of loss or theft.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improved Efficiency:<\/strong> Speeds up the processing of competition results.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Streamlined Participation:<\/strong> Only one player per group needs to use the app to record NTP results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Day-by-Day Adjustments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how NTPs will work across different competition days:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Single-course competition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No NTPs currently offered.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Single-course competition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NTPs offered on selected holes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Two-course competition:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All-Day Course:<\/strong> 4 NTP opportunities (previously 3), with prize pools distributed based on players in this field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afternoon-Only Course:<\/strong> 2 NTP opportunities (previously 3), with prize pools distributed based on players in this field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Single-course competition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NTPs offered on selected holes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Three-course competition.<\/li>\n<li>4 NTP opportunities per course (12 total, previously 8). Prize amounts will adjust proportionally to accommodate the increased opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sunday:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Two-course competition.<\/li>\n<li>2 NTP opportunities per course, with prize pools distributed evenly between fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Notes for Members<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Using the MiScore App:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Only one player per group needs to record NTP results in the app.<\/li>\n<li>Groups without MiScore users will not be able to participate in NTPs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fairness and Transparency:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>For multi-course competitions (e.g., Wednesdays), NTP opportunities and prize pools will be specific to each course.
