As part of our commitment to enhancing the Keperra Country Golf Club experience, we have been working closely with <strong>Base Architects<\/strong> to design a facility that meets the needs of our members and the broader community.<\/p>\n<p>The design plans include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expanded Golf Shop:<\/strong> A modernised space to improve our service and retail sales offering.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Caf\u00e9-Style Facility and Alfresco Area:<\/strong> This area will be perfect for relaxing before or after a round or simply enjoying the clubhouse atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enhanced amenities: <\/strong>New locker rooms and upgraded toilet facilities are available for everyone&#8217;s convenience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indoor Golf Simulator:<\/strong> A state-of-the-art space for coaching, club fitting, and special events year-round.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have also engaged the <strong>Ripple Group<\/strong> to assist with project management tasks and provide quantity surveying services, ensuring this project is executed effectively and efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>The project has reached the latter of the <strong>tender stage<\/strong>, with <strong>four<\/strong> <strong>preferred builders submitting proposals <\/strong>being evaluated. This marks an important milestone in turning this vision into reality.<\/p>\n<p>As we move forward, we will carefully consider <strong>financing options<\/strong> and the <strong>potential impact this venture will have on cash flow and other planned capital projects<\/strong>. It will be paramount to ensure that we strike the right balance between delivering these exciting upgrades and maintaining the Club&#8217;s long-term financial stability.<\/p>\n<p>Architect-rendered images of the proposed renovations are included to give you a glimpse of the exciting future ahead.
