{"id":16221,"date":"2025-12-19T15:45:43","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T05:45:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/?p=16221"},"modified":"2025-12-19T15:45:43","modified_gmt":"2025-12-19T05:45:43","slug":"lower-level-clubhouse-works-access-safety-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/2025\/12\/lower-level-clubhouse-works-access-safety-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Lower Level Clubhouse Works &#8211; Access &#038; Safety Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This afternoon, Quadric, the construction company managing the Lower-Level Clubhouse upgrade, will commence scaling back on-site operations.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, a small number of car parks will be progressively returned to the Club on the western side of the main car park, closest to the 1st and 10th tee block.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the following pedestrian access routes will reopen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main thoroughfare from the car park to the concourse, along the southern side of the clubhouse.<\/li>\n<li>The pathway on the left-hand side of the practice nets leading towards the putting green<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work over the past few weeks has been particularly intensive, and while every effort was made to complete the clubhouse handover before Christmas, weather conditions and several unavoidable interruptions have made this unachievable.<\/p>\n<p>With much of the building industry now entering its Christmas shutdown period, we anticipate opening the Lower Level of the Clubhouse closer to the end of January.<\/p>\n<p>Members who have recently been in the clubhouse may have noticed the photo slide show running, highlighting recent work.\u00a0 It also provides a glimpse of some of the exciting new spaces being delivered as part of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Car Park, Pedestrian &amp; Golf Cart Safety<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As conditions within the car park continue to change, members are asked to take extra care, remain alert, and be particularly mindful of pedestrians at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Golf carts taken into the car park must be operated safely and responsibly.
