The great weather we\u2019ve enjoyed over the past month has meant minimal disruptions to our golfing calendar.<\/em><\/p>\n

The final of the Captain\u2019s 4BBB Stroke, held on Tuesday 10th March, saw Kim Williams and Susan Mortimer claim victory with a 2\/1 win over Carrie Barham and Rhonda Salmon. Congratulations to our winners, and a big thank you to Helen Blanchfield for refereeing the final.<\/em><\/p>\n

Our March Monthly Medal winners were:<\/em><\/p>\n

Weekend: Kaelene Clarke \u2013 nett 69<\/em><\/p>\n

Weekday A Grade: Kate Outridge \u2013 nett 77<\/em><\/p>\n

Weekday B Grade: Deb White \u2013 nett 74<\/em><\/p>\n

Weekday C Grade: Lesleigh Reed \u2013 35 points (OCB) from Mags Bazley<\/em><\/p>\n

Our first Open Day for 2026, held on St Patrick\u2019s Day (March 17th), was a great success with a strong field of 82 players. The format was a 4-person Ambrose with a fun twist, and we were delighted to have our generous sponsors, (Simon) Whitehead and (Drew) Crump of Harcourt Solutions, present on the day to award the prizes – see below photos.<\/em><\/p>\n

Congratulations to the winning team from Keperra\u2014Julie Watson, Karen Pisarek, Chrissy Booth and Alana Griffiths\u2014who posted an incredible nett score of 56.875.<\/em><\/p>\n

A sincere thank you to our amazing greens staff, kitchen and bar teams, and of course our Women\u2019s Committee for delivering such a successful and enjoyable event. Feedback from our visitors was overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the creative Ambrose \u201ctwists\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Women\u2019s golf across South East Queensland continues to go from strength to strength, highlighted by the successful return of the Junior Pennants competition. An even bigger highlight\u2014our Keperra Juniors took out the pennant win! A huge congratulations to Bee, Willa and Ella for their commitment, resilience through some very ordinary weather, and fantastic result.<\/em><\/p>\n
