{"id":8509,"date":"2020-08-25T01:49:38","date_gmt":"2020-08-25T01:49:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/?p=8509"},"modified":"2023-06-20T16:41:34","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T06:41:34","slug":"covid-19-club-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.keperragolf.com.au\/cms\/2020\/08\/covid-19-club-update\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Club Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 22 August 2020, the Chief Health Officer (CHO) put in place several revised measures to respond to new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Queensland.<\/p>\n<p>Businesses operating under a COVID Safe Plan were not impacted by these most recent changes, which fortunately included Keperra CGC which also operates under a COVID Safe Industry Plan &amp; COVID Safe Checklist.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The community has entered a critical stage, and it&#8217;s important to adhere to the directions from the CHO to protect our fellow Members, Guests &amp; Staff. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The new restrictions were not extended to licensed premises\/clubs on the condition of continued strict adherence to the guidelines included in COVID Safe Plans.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Among other things, we must ensure:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>Members, Guests &amp; Visitors to the Club observe physical distancing<\/li>\n<li>Patron numbers are limited to the maximum permitted levels<\/li>\n<li>In every instance, personal details for Members, Guests &amp; Visitors\u00a0<b><u>MUST<\/u><\/b>\u00a0be collected accurately, including arrival &amp; departure times.<\/li>\n<li>Any Person showing any symptoms do not enter your venue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More recently there has been member requests to relax some of the COVID operational changes introduced both on and off the golf course.\u00a0 The COVID operating plans of the Club are under constant review by management and are formally reviewed monthly by the Board.\u00a0 Mindful of the most recent events, current operating practices which are endorsed by Golf Australia and form part of the Clubs COVID Safe Plan remain appropriate &amp; necessary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is imperative that we remain vigilant, conscious of our responsibilities &amp; importantly continue to keep each other safe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gavin Lawrence<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">General Manager\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 22 August 2020, the Chief Health Officer (CHO) put in place several revised measures to [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8509","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
