modern maintenance facility which will significantly enhance the long-term capabilities of the Club.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The escalation of the maintenance shed replacement project would not have been possible without the support of a generous club benefactor.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>An extensive consultation &amp; design phase has been completed, and a building contract will soon be finalized with construction commencing late March.\u00a0 It is envisaged that the construction period will be 20-24 weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The existing shed will be demolished and the new building constructed on the same site.\u00a0 The task will also include landscaping the surrounds, including the high traffic areas between the 27th green and the clubhouse.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A temporary maintenance compound will be created throughout the construction phase at the rear of the clubhouse;
