Still, it is known that effective 17th December, there will be implications for both vaccinated &amp; non-vaccinated members &amp; guests. Once the directive is issued, the club will detail its revised operating procedures. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At a minimum, it is expected that accessing the clubhouse will require members &amp; guests to show proof of vaccination.\u00a0 The primary way this will be done will be through the current Check-In Queensland App (<strong>CIQ App<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>To assist this task, Vaccinated Members are encouraged to update their (CIQ App) in advance of the 17<sup>th<\/sup> December to denote their double vaccination status. The following information explains the process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Members &amp; Guests will need to &#8216;link&#8217; their Federal Government COVID-19 Digital Certificate with the CIQ App.<\/li>\n<li>In order to do this, you will need access to their Medicare Online Account (through MyGov) or the Medicare Express Plus App on a mobile device.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8216;linking&#8217; of the Federal Government COVID-19 Digital Certificate with the CIQ App is relatively straightforward. The process starts either through the CIQ App, the Medicare Online Account (through MyGov), or the Medicare Express Plus App.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Without access to the Medicare Online Account (through MyGov), or the Medicare Express Plus App, patrons will not be able to access and link their Federal Government COVID-19 Digital Certificate with the CIQ App.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Once an individual &#8216;links&#8217; their Federal Government COVID-19 Digital Certificate with the CIQ App, they will notice a new green &#8216;tick&#8217; next to their name on the &#8216;home screen&#8217; of the CIQ App. When they &#8216;check-in&#8217; to the club, their name will be highlighted green on the &#8216;check-in screen&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>If a patron wants to &#8216;check-in&#8217; other patrons using their app, they may do this, and those other patron&#8217;s names will also be highlighted green if their vaccination status has been updated on the CIQ App.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further Information to Assist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Qld Govt. has created a series of videos that show how to &#8216;link&#8217; the Federal Govt. COVID-19 Digital Certificate with the CIQ App. The videos can be accessed via the &#8216;Resources&#8217; tab of the Qld Govt.
