Men's Championship: Wesley Hinton delivered an outstanding performance, securing back-to-back titles with an impressive 18-shot victory. His dominance throughout the tournament was truly remarkable.

Ladies' Championship: Julie Lakotij widened her initial lead to clinch an impressive 24-shot victory, demonstrating her prowess on the course and earning the title of Ladies' 2024 Club Champion.

B Grade Gents: Liam Richards and Warren Scott engaged in a thrilling battle, with Warren emerging victorious in a playoff, showcasing skill and determination in a close contest.

C Grade Gents: Ciaran McEvoy held on to claim his first C Grade title despite tense moments, showcasing resilience and composure under pressure.

Junior Champions: Cassandre Geens and Wesley Hinton secured victory in the Girl's and Boy's categories, respectively, highlighting the promising talent within our Junior ranks.

The Club extends its gratitude to Jeffrey McConaghy from Jeffrey McConaghy Jewellers for his continued support of the Club Championships, which adds to the prestige of the event.

Irrigation works on the 24^th are still progressing, but have been interrupted by the poor weather over Easter.  Turf is scheduled to be laid shortly.

With the soft conditions, albeit while not an 'all year' expectation, the filling of divots and repairing of pitch marks is especially beneficial in the current, cooler weather conditions.

Members will have noticed the entrances to the Practice fairway / Short Game Area have recently been upgraded - pictures of these upgrades are both above and below.  

Chris McCourt will again be holding a School Holiday Clinic on Thursday April 11th.  Beginners will be from 8am - 10am at a cost of $49p/p.  Advanced students will be from 12-4pm at a cost of $90p/p

During this promotion period, the Club will be running a new 9-hole competition on Fridays, which will be running alongside our usual Tuesday and Thursday 9-hole comps.

Members playing on Friday will need to see the Golf Shop staff before their game with an $8 play fee applicable.   This event will be a sweepstakes affair, with the final tee time at 3 pm. The booking and check-in process for Tuesday and Thursday remains unchanged.
