Keperra Bowl

Each year, Keperra Country Golf Club hosts the R&A Accredited Amateur Championship, the Keperra Bowl. This prestigious event provides a unique opportunity to witness some of Australia’s most promising young golfers in action. Over the years, the tournament has welcomed notable players such as Marc Leishman, Brady Watt, Cameron Smith, Elvis Smylie, Billy Dowling, and Jason Day. Many of these golfers use the Keperra Bowl as a stepping stone toward national team selection.

The Bowl spans four days and attracts both local and national media attention. In 2020, the Keperra Bowl made history by welcoming female golfers for the first time, with local Brisbane golfer Justice Bosio emerging as the inaugural female champion. Justice has since won the Keperra Bowl an impressive three times in her last four tournaments prior to turning pro.
