Recently the Board approved a new governance initiative in the form of the Board Director Skills Matrix.
It details the mix of skills and diversity that the Board currently has or is looking to achieve and outlines a collective skills assessment for Board Directors who may consider joining the Keperra Country Golf Club Board when a vacancy or call for nominations is published.
The comprehensible skill rating identifies many skill areas, describes them, provides an assessment and a capability assessment. The document can be viewed on the website under the Club Info tab.
