Thanks to KCGC Member and co-owner of Proof BBQ & Booze, Ryan Lane, KCGC Members can now enjoy a 10% discount when they visit Proof BBQ & Booze Wilston and/or Toowoomba. Members need only show their KCGC Member card to receive the discount. Ryan will also be on-site on the 11th of December with a selection of Proof’s signature dishes for Members to sample.
Proof BBQ is a USA Kentucky style eatery which serves briskets, beef, pork, vegetarian options and more which are slow-cooked in large smokers affectionately known as “The Girls”. Proof has 2 locations, one in Toowoomba and also on Newmarket Road in Wilston.
