The ‘grow in’ stage of the Turf on the RHS approach to the 9th green has proved incredibly successful and the Club is sure those that have played the hole would agree. It is anticipated that the area will be put back in play shortly.
Irrigation works on the 24th are still progressing, but have been interrupted by the poor weather over Easter. Turf is scheduled to be laid shortly.
With the soft conditions, albeit while not an ‘all year’ expectation, the filling of divots and repairing of pitch marks is especially beneficial in the current, cooler weather conditions.
Members will have noticed the entrances to the Practice fairway / Short Game Area have recently been upgraded – pictures of these upgrades are below.
