Course News

Members will have noticed the Course and Maintenance Team have been busy over the last week clearing out at the back of the 17th Green (LHS) and the 20th Tee Block (LHS) to increase airflow to the areas.  Furthermore, drainage works have been completed on the RHS of the 18th fairway (bottom of hill) and the Team are also continuing to progress through the courses bunkers, specifically upgrading and repairing the drainage systems as needed.

Excitingly the Tee Upgrade Project via the Minor Infrastructure Grant Program mentioned in this month’s newsletter will commence this week.  Some minor inconvenience is expected and as always, the Club appreciates Member patience while course upgrades take place.

The Club also recently had to undertake some repairs to the 15th Dam to stop a minor leak, this involved some major earth works adjacent to the 15th green. Although the turf that has since been laid may appear to be out of place, this will help mitigate the elevated risk of erosion.
