No Show Policy

As many of the Club’s competitions are now full and have waitlists, Members are expected to be courteous to their fellow members and remove their name as soon as they are aware they cannot play.  Members are reminded to familiarise themselves with the below conditions of the Club Match Bi-Laws in relation to No Shows.

1.5 – MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO REMOVE THEIR NAMES FROM GOLF BOOKING SHEETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PLAY AT THEIR BOOKED TIME. CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE ONLINE UP UNTIL THE DAY OF PLAY, BEYOND THIS MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO CALL THE GOLF SHOP IN ADVANCE OF THE TEE TIME.

  • MEMBERS ARE INDIVIDUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BOOKINGS
  • IF A MEMBER FAILS TO CANCEL THEIR BOOKING, IT WILL BE NOTED BY THE GOLF OPERATIONS TEAM AND A BREACH NOTICE WILL BE ISSUED. IN THE EVENT THAT A PLAYER HAS THREE (3) INSTANCES OF FAILURE TO CANCEL THEIR BOOKING WITHIN A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS, THEY WILL BE SUBJECT TO PENALTY THAT INCLUDES LOSS OF COMPETITION PLAYING RIGHTS.

• UNACCEPTABLE CANCELLATION METHOD; HAVING A PLAYING PARTNER CANCEL ON YOUR BEHALF WHEN THEY ARRIVE TO PLAY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ALLOCATED TEE TIME.
