2026 Keperra Bowl – Championship Wrap Up

This week saw some outstanding performances lighting up the course from start to finish.
In the Men’s Championship, Chase Oberle (The Brisbane GC) delivered a truly dominant performance, finishing at an incredible -21. At one stage during today’s round, Chase was firmly on course record watch, sitting at an astonishing -9 through 16 holes — despite including two bogeys. With this victory Chase has earned himself a start in the 2026 QLDPGA.
Adding to the achievement, Chase becomes just the second player to go back-to-back at the Keperra Bowl since Elvis Smylie (2019/2020) — a testament to his consistency and class. He finished well clear of Taylor Barr (Sanctuary Cove GC), who secured second place at -12 after a strong showing.
Over in the Women’s Championship, Amelia Harris (Yarra Yarra GC) produced a superb performance to claim the title at -12, with Alicia Ludi (Nudgee GC) finishing runner-up at -8 following a consistent week of golf. As a result Amelia has secured a spot in the 2027 Victorian Open.
On the Keperra front, Grace Rho finished T10 at +6, while Alfie Ward finished at T11 with a -5.
A huge congratulations to all competitors for showcasing such high-quality golf, and a sincere thank you to our volunteers, members, and supporters who made the 2026 Keperra Bowl such a success.
