The frequency of members withdrawing from Competitions on the day of play both with and without any notification has increased in recent months. Members are reminded that any withdrawals on the day of play, require the player to contact the Golf Shop.

The Club will be running it’s Melbourne Cup Golf Day this year on the 7th of November. The day will consist of a Shotgun Start at 8am and will include a drink on arrival into the Clubhouse as well as a substantial high tea inspired lunch pack with the race that stops a nation shown on the Big Screen in the function room. The cost to participate in the day is $40pp with bookings to be made via the online booking sheet.

Members are reminded that the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, November 29th at 6:00pm.
Nominations for the Board are now open, and anyone interested is encouraged to contact Club President Rod Rhodes via Club Admin (3355 7744).

Gents Club Champion Wes Hinton has continued his recent solid form with another positive performance, this time at the Gary Player Classic played at Pacific Golf Club. Wes finished in 2nd place missing out by a single shot, finishing the Tournament at -7. Congratulations Wes and good luck for this weeks Keperra Bowl. For the full results, please click here.
