Yet again, Mikayla Dayl is excelling with her golfing career, this month becoming the Graeme Miller Junior Masters Champion after reaching a 3 way playoff and securing victory with a birdie on the first hole. Congratulations Mikayla – we wish you all the best for this week’s Keperra Bowl.

The Club will be commencing its scheduled renovations week commencing the 16th of October. This will include fairways 1-9 plus a few extras being renovated and top dressed. The greens will be subject to a ‘heavier’ renovation than usual, scarification inclusive of large core removal followed by being top dressed. The tees will be aerated using solid tines followed by top dressing.

The frequency of members withdrawing from Competitions on the day of play both with and without any notification has increased in recent months. Members are reminded that any withdrawals on the day of play, require the player to contact the Golf Shop.

The Club will be running it’s Melbourne Cup Golf Day this year on the 7th of November. The day will consist of a Shotgun Start at 8am and will include a drink on arrival into the Clubhouse as well as a substantial high tea inspired lunch pack with the race that stops a nation shown on the Big Screen in the function room. The cost to participate in the day is $40pp with bookings to be made via the online booking sheet.
