Kevin’s Albatross on 11

Kevin’s Albatross on 11

Another member has had an albatross on the 11th hole, this time Kevin Toomey on the 22nd of January.

“It was a 9 iron for the second shot, from the right side just off the fairway.  We lost sight of it when it cleared the bunkers but saw it bounce on the green.   My playing partner Chris White was convinced it was in the hole, I thought it had run off the back but as we approached he kept saying to check in the hole!! Good feeling that. Will live on that one for a while, but I’m sure never repeat it!!!”

Well done Kevin
